We are currently looking for a hands-on production leader who not only actively contributes on the production floor but also knows how to motivate and guide their team.

What will you do?

As a hands-on oroduction leader, you serve as the link between the production team and management. You actively participate in the production process, monitor progress and quality, and provide guidance where needed. You ensure a safe and efficient working environment and contribute ideas to improve the production process.

Your responsibilities:

·       Daily supervision of the production team;

·       Independently working on production assignments;

·       Ensuring proper task allocation and workflow monitoring;

·       Monitoring product quality and compliance with safety regulations;

·       Performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting where possible;

·       Contributing ideas for process improvements and efficiency.

What do we expect from you?

·       MBO-level education (secondary vocational education), preferably in a technical field;

·       Experience in a production environment;

·       Leadership skills or the ambition to further develop them;

·       Hands-on mentality and technical insight;

·       Strong communication skills and team spirit.
